Our young carers clubs give young carers a break from their caring role and the chance to have some fun and meet new friends.    The clubs are like youth clubs, you can come along and take part in activities or just chill out in a safe, welcoming environment.  If you need to talk about anything our friendly staff are there to support you.

 

​Wherever you live in East Lothian you can come to our clubs.  We can provide transport to and from all our activities if needed and all activities are free.

​We encourage the young carers we work with to tell us what they would like to do at the clubs.  Here are some examples of the activities we do

 

• arts and crafts

• bushcraft

• baking

• pizza making

• pottery

• ​table tennis

• climbing

• beach walks

• swimming

• t-shirt printing

• games

• quizes​​

• paddle boarding

We have a library that young carers can borrow from.
